What if I decide I do not want the item and it is not damaged?

If you are returning an item because you no longer wish to keep the item, return shipping charges are your responsibility, however, you must still contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number must be added to your return package.  You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item for a refund or replacement.  There will be a 20% restock fee on unwanted return items and  shipping charges are nonrefundable.  All returns must be accompanied by original packaging and packing slip and please be sure return shipment is Insured for we will not be responsible for lost or misdirected items.


 Do you charge taxes on purchases?

Orders shipping to Arizona have a 7% Sales tax added; no other states will have any sales taxes figured.


 Is there a restocking fee or fees on returns?

Yes, upon returning undamaged items to us, please  take care in packaging and sending them back to us.  Make sure and call first to receive a return authorization number.  The care you take in returning the undamaged item to us allows us to put the item back on our shelves ready for resale.  If the retuen item requires attention before it can be considered for resale, we will deduct a 20% restock fee from the refund amount.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Here are a list of things that would cause a restocking fee:
-Anything on the actual box that was not on it when it was delivered.   Meaning the actual box that encloses the item, not the packing box.
-Returning an item without the original box.  This would cause us to have to come up with a box to re-sell the item.
-Returning an item more than 30 days after receiving it.  A buyer should know in less than a month whether the purchase will suit them.  The 30 days offers some flexibility to cover situations such as vacations and being away from home.
-Damaging the item's box in any way.  Please do not "reinforce" the item's box, because this means we will have to find a replacement box that has not been defaced.
-Not including all details having to do with the purchase, such as your name, address, order number, return authorization number and the reason for the return.  Without this information it would be difficult to process a refund.

To Avoid a restocking fee you can:
-Carefully package the item for shipping
-Include detailed note with your name, address, order number, return authorization number and the reason for the return.
-Return the item within the first 30 days of receipt of the item.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the item in the same condition that it was shipped to them.   This includes a reliable shipping service and insurance to cover if it is damaged in the shipping.  If items are received back to us damaged they will not be refunded and the customer will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier.


What if I accidentally gave you the wrong address to ship to?

If we know before the order has been shipped, then we can correct the address.  Just send us an e-mail as soon as possible and we can make the address change.

If the order has gone out already we can try to contact the delivery company and make an address change for you.  UPS charges $10 for an address correction.  If you want to change the address, we must pass this cost to our customer.

If we receive the package, due to bad address that is no fault of ours, and a reshipment is requested; the actual shipping charges of the reshipment will be billed to the same method of payment as used on the original order.  If the customer does not want the item to be reshipped, a refund can be issued (see refund policy); less the shipping charges of the original shipment and restock fees.

Here are some common reasons that packages are returned to us:
-Incorrect apartment number or suite number
-Incorrect city, state or zip code
-Incorrect street name (avenue instead of drive, street or way, etc)
