When you order from us, you can be confident that we will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We must be contacted on all return inquiries so that a "Return Label" can be sent to you. We have a 30 day return or exchange policy. Within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside it's original packaging.
We strive for 100% Satisfaction. All returns must be accompanied by the original package and packing slip. Please include the reason for the return and if paying for shipping on an unwanted package, be sure to insure your items for we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
If a Refund is requested, a credit will be issued. Shipping cost are non refundable. See FAQ for Returns on unwanted items.

Please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving your product to get a "Return Label" to replace damaged merchandise. The Return Label will include an 800 number for you to arrange for the merchandise to be picked up. We will pay for return shipping charges and we will replace damaged item at no additional cost.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, all shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipment will require RA number and will be at your expense. Once item is received we will refund the cost of items minus a 20% restocking fee.
If a credit is due, and you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
